I request that all necessary arrangements be made to facilitate their travel as soon as possible. This includes booking flights, coordinating transportation from current location in Brunei to the appropriate departure point, and ensuring all required travel documentation is in order.
Upon their arrival in Blighty next Thursday, please ensure they receive the standard post-deployment debriefing and any necessary medical or administrative support.
