Incident Report

Personnel Involved: Private Dyson
Nature of Incident:
While conducting routine cleaning duties, Private Dyson was involved in an unusual accident involving a high-powered vacuum cleaner. During operation of the equipment, Private Dyson lost his footing and was inadvertently drawn into the vacuum cleaner's suction intake.
Response and Recovery:
Fellow personnel responded swiftly to the incident, deactivating the vacuum cleaner and extracting Private Dyson.  Medical personnel were immediately summoned to the scene, and the soldier was transported to the field hospital for evaluation and treatment.
Current Status:
Remarkably, Private Dyson sustained only minor injuries, primarily bruising and abrasions. He is currently in a stable condition.  However has been advise to received counselling.  He’s in a right state whenever he sees a hoover!  
Conclusion:
This incident serves as a reminder of the importance of adhering to safety protocols and exercising caution when operating any equipment. The prompt response of fellow personnel and the expertise of medical staff were instrumental in ensuring the well-being of Private Dyson. We wish him a speedy and complete recovery.
