SUBJECT: Up-Skilling Training Recap


This memo serves to recap yesterday's up-skilling training session, conducted at a secure location within the city. Participation was limited to specially selected agents from the platoon.
I was very excited because I was able to wear my uniform. 
The training focused on advanced urban combat techniques.  I introduced our agents and presented photographs from our last training  exercise.  The instruction provided was invaluable, and a request has been made for two of our agents to attend a summer camp and if available on Thursdays to join their junior recruits in training exercises.  I said I would discuss this opportunity with the platoon the next time we meet in the map room. 
The success of this training underscores the importance of continuous professional development. I am confident that the skills honed yesterday will significantly enhance our platoon's effectiveness.
